Every item is checked for quality before it leaves us. In the unlikely event your accessories arrive damaged or unfit for use, we offer a replacement or refund.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods via our contact page and we'll make it right. Photos of the damage help us process it quickly.

Change of mind and sizing

We don't offer refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind. If you're unsure which size to choose, check the size chart on the product page or get in touch before you order and we'll help you find the right fit.

Conditions

Any item returned or exchanged must be unused and in its original packaging. Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable.
