What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind. If the product arrives damaged we do offer refunds/replacements for these items. Please see our return page for more information https://www.tyandi.com.au/pages/return-policy

Where do you deliver?

Currently we ship Australia wide with free shipping of order of $100 AUD. We also offer standard shipping to New Zealand, UK, Ireland, USA and Canada. Please see our delivery page for shipping rates https://www.tyandi.com.au/pages/delivery.

How do I care for my Ty & I products?

To wash your Ty & I harnesses, leads and collars we suggest a gentle hand wash in warm water and detergent. Our bandanas are a product made for spot cleaning or a gentle soak. Please note our bandanas are not intended for rough-wear. 

What size dogs does your harness fit?

We currently stock our harness to a size Large. This size is suitable for medium-larger dogs however would not fit a German Shepherd, Labrador, Golden Retriever etc. Our size guides are available on our harness pages. Please measure your dog for size before purchasing to ensure the product fits correctly.
