What is your refund policy?

Where do you deliver?
Currently we ship Australia wide with free shipping of order of $100 AUD. We also offer standard shipping to New Zealand, UK, Ireland, USA and Canada. Please see our delivery page for shipping rates https://www.tyandi.com.au/pages/delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Australia, United Kingdom and the United States.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched, email us at sales@tyandi.com.au and we'll do our best. Once it's on its way we can't make changes, but our returns policy still applies.
My item arrived faulty or incorrect, what now?
Email sales@tyandi.com.au with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort a replacement or refund.
Sizing and Fit
How do I measure my dog for a harness?
Measure around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs, and keep the tape snug but not tight. Compare that measurement to the size chart on each product page. If your dog falls between two sizes, size up.
What size dogs does your harness fit?
Our harnesses run from [XS to L], suiting all types of digs. Every product page has a full size chart with chest and neck measurements.
My dog is between sizes, what should I do?
Size up. The adjustment points let you tighten the fit, so a slightly larger size will adjust down more comfortably than a smaller size will stretch.
Are the harnesses adjustable?
Yes. Each harness has adjustment points across the neck and chest so you can fine tune the fit.
Product and care
How do I care for my Ty & I products?
To wash your Ty & I harnesses, leads and collars we suggest a gentle hand wash in warm water and detergent. Our bandanas are a product made for spot cleaning or a gentle soak. Please note our bandanas are not intended for rough-wear.
